Q1. How to order our products?
Please send us the product picture, quantity, size and other requirement to my email address. You’ll get answer within 18 hours (Except weekend ).
Q2. Do we accept custom order?
We are manufacturer. So the size, material, printing, color, logo can be custom. If you have similar product picture and clear logo, that would be very helpful.
Q3. What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?
In general, wooden box MOQ is 1000pcs. Paper box MOQ is 2000pcs, plastic box MOQ is 1000pcs.
Q4. Sample issue:
A. Sample time: around 5-10 days
B. Sample charge: The price is different, please send email to me.
C. If sample charge can be refunded?
Yes, it can be refunded once u confirm ur mass production order & the order amount is over 5000usd.
